How We Give Back

As an events agency, we also have the capacity to be socially and environmentally responsible. We utilize digital tools such as Adobe Sign, Electronic Web documents and digital file management to eliminate waste. As a team we support local nonprofits and continually give back to our community.

Carver has been passionate about events since running logistics for homecoming in high school. He has over 18 years in the corporate events industry with eleven years on the hotel side two years with an experimental Marketing agency preparing him to open Bryan Allen Events in 2011. So basically, his entire life has been corporate events... and high school dances.

Takes Offense to: Anyone who hasn't watched the entire series of Game Of Thrones. I mean come on...

Stephanie went to San Francisco State with a bachelor’s Degree in history and criminal justice and Master’s in education. After spending 5 years as a high school teacher, Stephanie decided to make the switch to event planning (Carver talked her into it) in 2015. Stephanie has quickly excelled and traveling the world managing events has become one of her new passions.

After graduating from Syracuse University, Taylor moved to NYC and joined the nonprofit sector in 2014. She was forced into events on her second day after her boss inexplicably quit (Taylor claims it wasn’t because of her). Thankfully she loved it, and has been working in events ever since. In 2017, she started looking for a sign to move back to her hometown of Sacramento – and that sign was Bryan Allen Events!

Jackie attended UC Davis receiving Bachelors in both Communication Studies and Political Science - Public Policy. She got her first taste of events during her 8 years working in politics. While running many successful campaigns, Jackie got the chance to plan events for her clients and local organizations. After politics, she transitioned into the most rewarding experience she could have ever imagined as the Events Manager for the LGBT Community Center managing all programs from the Annual Gala to Sacramento Pride 2018, the largest pride ever with 18k attendees. After much consideration Jackie decided to venture out of the nonprofit world and join the team at Bryan Allen Events.

Fun Fact: Jackie spent a summer working on Broadway when she was 14 years old and then soon after retired from her acting career.

Tina, a Sacramento native, comes to Bryan Allen Events by way of the Bay Area and Los Angeles. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Film & Digital Media as well as Feminist Studies from University of California, Santa Cruz. She served as the Director of Audio Visual at Singularity University in Mountain View, CA before returning to her hometown of Sacramento. Tina has experience in audio visual production, videography and theater. She made the transition from film production to event planning when she realized she preferred the time spent planning and perfecting her crew schedule when producing her first short film. Tina is thrilled to be a part of the BAE team and looking forward to what opportunities lay ahead. By the way, we all bug her with AV questions and has been a great resource to the team.

Most Likely To: Sing Broadway showtimes in the office, in line at Starbucks, at the DMV, really anywhere... except during our client events of course...

Kyra Treible

Kyra is a business professional with experience in Office Administration, Management and Human Resources for nearly 20 years. She graduated from the University of Montana with a bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Management. She has worked in a variety of industries including Federal Government, retail, finance, aviation, architecture, and non-profits. Kyra recently obtained her PHRca certification from HRCI. She is thrilled to join the Bryan Allen Team and continue to expand her passion and knowledge in Human Resources.

Fun Fact: Kyra has a love for the National Park Service and hopes to visit every major National Park in her life time.

Heidi has worked in accounting for over twenty years since graduating cum laude from a private college. Her experience has been in the fields of construction, insurance and equities; this is the first time for her working with event planning. Her eye for numbers has extended from the office and into volunteer opportunities; volunteering for a national nonprofit for many years. She is most looking forward to learning more about event planning while keeping the books neat and tidy.

Fun Fact: She has an extensive collection of Fitbit watch bands and rarely wears the same one two days in a row.

Hailey is a recent graduate from San Diego State University with a major in Hospitality, Tourism, and Management focusing on Meetings and Events. From her coursework and hotel experience that she gained while in school including roles in the front desk and banquets, it inspired her to pursue a career in the events world. With her fresh mind and knowledge of hotels, Hailey is a great addition to our team!

Nerd Alert: She has played the violin since she was 8 years old and was second chair.

Taylor, also known as Spence, graduated from Sacramento State with a bachelor's in Communication Studies: Public Relations. She was eager to chase the events industry and with her knowledge from college, she landed herself a spot at Bryan Allen. Upon starting as an event coordinator, Taylor was a dance teacher as well as a model. In these positions, she became a well-rounded individual and found the joy of being a part of something larger than herself. She enjoys fast paced work and looks forward to challenging opportunities that allow her to grow.

Fun Fact: She is a professionally trained ballerina. So yes, she voluntarily dances on her toes in those VERY uncomfortable shoes.

Ben has over 15 years of customer experience which started when he was 16 working in guest services at a small zoo in his hometown of Hershey, Pennsylvania. He developed a strong interest in cultures and languages which led him to his study abroad program in the south of Spain and thus graduating from a small private school outside of a Philadelphia with a bachelors degree in Spanish and a minor in Business Administration. His adventures have allowed him to develop his passion for networking and building relationships with persons of a wide variety of cultural, personal, and professional backgrounds and is anxious to expand his repertoire to event management at Bryan Allen. Yes, if we have an event in Latin America we force Ben to go with us.

Fun Fact: Ben is notorious for not remembering any song lyrics. Seriously, try him.

Renee moved from her hometown of Boston to San Francisco when she attended Academy of Art College to obtain a Photography Degree. While in school she worked in restaurants to help pay for school. It was during this time she fell in love with Hospitality and the exciting energy pace of the restaurant industry. She went into management and loved the special events part. Having recently moved to Sacramento from the Bay Area, she is thrilled to be a part of Bryan Allen and expand her knowledge into corporate events.

Fun Fact: Renee taught Yoga in Tulum, MX for 6 months at a "Bikini Boot Camp" resort for some A list celebrities, it was very enlightening.

Heather has over 20 years of corporate meeting and event planning experience. Her events have been held in hundreds of locations in the United States, as well as in all the major cities, and some of the road less travelled locations, of Europe, South America and Asia, ranging in size from several dozen to several thousand attendees. Her core competency stems from defining event strategies, business plans and marketing through the initial site search, contract negotiations and cost analysis, to the logistical management of programs, vendors, contractors and the fiscal management of multi-million-dollar budgets. C-level meetings are her forte.

Fun Fact: Heather was lead cheerleader in high school. RAA!!!

With 5 years of experience in the event industry, Nikki has the ability to connect with others and her positive attitude brings a sincerity to each project she manages. Though her knack for details was what first drew her to the industry, it is the relationship with her clients and partnership with industry colleagues that has solidified her passion for events. She thrives under pressure and has no problem working in a tight deadline-driven environment.

Balanced between the creative aspects of film and video production and the analytical elements of programming, Dylan supports both motion imaging and technical web and online application development. A background in business and marketing as well as a masters in cinematography provide foundations for these efforts.

Interesting Fact: His father is a gold miner . . . like the sifting through sand and pulling out gold kind.
