Tactic: Devised strategic sponsorship plan: Built sponsorship sales plan leveraging existing partnerships, developed sponsor opportunities/contract process + implemented new procedures for sponsor activations

Tactic: Host a number of networking events: Created over (15) receptions, concerts and conference parties, designed and managed 100,000 sq ft expo hall + developed unique networking activities e.g. Ninja, VidConQuest, Disney Day, VidCon Gives Back

Results: Raised over $950K in sponsorship revenue + registered over 100 exhibitors
